At Pro Karts, safety always comes first. Since opening in 2006, we have taken full responsibility for keeping every customer and every staff member safe. We are committed to preventing accidents that could cause injury, and we never bend the rules or compromise safety for any reason. Our rules are based on real risks we see every day on the track and are designed to protect you, your family, and everyone around you.

 

If our staff appear strict, it is because we are focused on keeping you safe and preventing injuries. We constantly review and improve our safety policies so you can enjoy your visit with confidence.

 

 

Safety Video Rules and Guidelines

 

 

All customers must obey the rules and instructions shown in our safety video. Watching the safety video is compulsory before any ride. Our team may decline or end your session if these rules are not followed. These rules are in place for your protection and must be followed at all times.

 

 

Track Safety Monitoring

 

 

We have a full CTV track safety system installed around our circuit, giving us additional eyes on every corner and every driver. Our staff actively monitor these cameras to improve safety, respond quickly to incidents, and ensure that all rules are being followed. This system helps us spot risks that customers may not notice while driving and strengthens our commitment to keeping everyone safe.

 

 

Age and Height Requirements

 

 

• Pro Karts are for drivers 12 years and older

• Fun Karts are for riders 7 years and older

• Two Seater Karts require a driver 18 years and older

• Two Seater passengers must be 3 years and older

• Minimum height for Pro Karts is 140 centimetres

• Minimum height for Fun Karts is 120 centimetres

• Staff make the final decision on suitability and safety

 

 

General Conditions

 

 

• All participants must follow staff instructions at all times

• All riders must be signed in and registered before entering the track

• Long hair must be tied back

• Remove loose items and secure clothing

• Covered footwear is required

• Helmets must be worn correctly at all times

• No smoking or vaping in activity areas

• No alcohol or any form of impairment. Anyone who appears under the influence will be refused entry

• Parents cannot overrule or waive safety requirements

 

 

On Track Rules

 

 

• No crashing, pushing, or blocking

• No dangerous or aggressive driving

• Stay seated with both hands on the steering wheel

• Keep both feet inside the kart

• Do not stop unless instructed

• Yellow lights mean slow down

• Red lights mean stop immediately

• If your kart becomes stuck, remain seated and wait for staff

• Do not exit your kart during a session

• Staff instructions override all signals for your safety

 

 

Behaviour Expectations

 

 

• Respect staff and other participants

• Swearing, aggression, or refusal to follow instructions will result in removal

• We do not bend or adjust rules under any circumstances

• Staff decisions are final

• Any behaviour that puts others at risk will end the session immediately

 

 

Wet Weather Operation

 

 

We operate in most wet weather conditions. If the track becomes slippery or visibility reduces, we will reduce track speeds when needed. Our team continuously monitors conditions and may pause or adjust sessions for safety. Your safety always comes first.

 

 

Refunds and Session Changes

 

 

Once a session has started, no refunds are available. If we need to pause or cancel a session for safety reasons, we will offer a credit or an alternative session time.
