Your safety is our top priority. To make sure everyone has a safe and fantastic time, we have clear rules in place — supported by our 3 Strike Policy.
Our Safety Guidelines:

Only one rider at a time — no group launches.

Wait for the green light or staff instructions before sliding.

Lie down while riding — do not sit up during your ride.

Land feet first and exit the splash pool immediately.

Always follow the instructions of our trained staff.
Special Riding Instructions for Young Children

Children must be confident swimmers and meet the minimum height requirement (around 100 cm) to ride alone.

Children 3 years and older who do not meet the height requirement can ride feet first between their parent’s legs.

This is the only time two riders are allowed together and requires a white wristband approval from staff.
Our 3 Strike Policy
We operate a 3 Strike Policy for anyone who does not follow our safety rules:

Each time a rule is broken, you’ll receive a warning.

After your third strike, you may be asked to leave the Hydro Slide area without refund.
