At Pro Karts and Nelson Fun Park, safety always comes first — before money, convenience, or anything else. Since opening Pro Karts in 2006, we’ve taken full ownership of keeping every patron and every staff member safe across all activities on-site.

 

We don’t bend rules. Ever.

Sometimes parents ask if we can make an exception — “I don’t mind taking responsibility for my children.”

But at Pro Karts and Nelson Fun Park, that’s not how it works. We take responsibility for everyone who walks through our gates, and we never compromise safety by breaking or bending the rules. Every rule, height requirement, and procedure exists for a reason.

 

Our team is trained to follow strict WorkSafe guidelines and industry standards. We see risks the public may not notice, and if a staff member is firm on a rule, it’s because they are preventing accidents and protecting everyone involved.

 

Our health and safety systems continuously evolve. We review, learn, and improve every year as new best practices, activities, and equipment come into play. This commitment has been with us since day one in 2006, and continues through every attraction we operate.
