There had been a lot of BIG TALK back and forwards in the staffroom and on the RT about who was going to be Champion for the day. It was no surprise when a couple of the staff members initially emerged as the ones to beat. Issie was at the top of the leader board going into the final with the best place on the grid, and all through the laps he looked like he had it in the bag… until (Murphy’s law) the last lap it went all wrong (he says he was pushed)… Mike’s Partner, Charmaine breezed past, followed by Ben, then the boss himself. We are very pleased to say that Issie went on to enjoy Scotty’s Gourmet BBQ at Plan B (which was superb, with a relaxing atmosphere and great cocktail menu - cheers Steve) with only a few quiet conversations about how the racing will be different next year! (NZGP event) RADCLIFFE ELECTRICAL We have been to Pro Karts a number of times over the last months, to organised events and also to have some fun just doing laps with mates. All the organised events from the Grand Prix sprint races to the Bathurst endurance events are all very well run. Everyone comes away with a smile and can’t wait for the next track session. We have found it a great way to earn a few brownie points with customers and staff alike, just bloody great fun.
